The fall season is an attractive time to put your home on the market. If you are considering listing your home here are a few tips:
Freshen up your yard and landscape. Clean the walkways and gutters of debris and leaves. Keep your lawn cut, trimmed and looking neat.
Clean the exterior. If you didn’t pressure-wash your home during the summer, do it now! Decks too! Clean windows to allow the sun to shine in your home.
Create autumn curb appeal by hanging a fall wreath on your door or add pumpkins and fall decor to your entrance.
Make the interior of your home cozy. Open blinds and curtains to let that sunlight in! Freshen up decor with seasonal pillows. Bring the aroma of fall into your home with scents such as pumpkin, apple, and cinnamon spice.
